滋賀県畑の棚田【日本の棚田百選】 ~Photo~Rice Terrace at Hata of Shiga prefecture

滋賀県内で唯一『日本の棚田百選』に指定された畑(はた)の棚田。2018年5月下旬頃の写真です。Designated as one of the 100 Japan's Rice Terraces located in the north of Shiga prefecture.

京都駅からJR湖西線新快速で38分、近江高島駅下車。江若交通のバスで23分。A 38 min ride of JR Kosei line from Kyoto station to Ohmi Takashima station, from which a 23 min bus ride to Hata bus stop, the tiny terminal in the paddy field.
