The diagram explains the process of crayons made, following ten steps in the entire process, starting first with melting the wax and ending with the finished crayon boxes being checked manually.

First of all, the main ingredient, wax is melted at a high temperature. Right after this, melted wax is added to the container and also chemicals are added to that in order to make the quality of the melted wax improve. Then, coloring materials are added to have the wax look good. After this, the mixture is blended for one hour. After this, the mixture is poured into a mold to shape them and the wax is hardened by putting in a mold into cold water.

The hardened crayons are then taken out of the mold and labeled one by one on a rotating machine. Following this step, the labeled crayons are categorized by color and wrapped. Finally, the inside of the boxes is verified by eye in person to ensure the quality of the final product.
