採用担当の山本です！
サグリでは、直近１年で社員が急増し、海外にも２拠点を構えています。
プロダクトは「アクタバ」「デタバ」「サグリ」をリリースし、事業も多角化しております。各事業で新たな研究開発テーマにも取り組み、事業開発・サービス開発を行っております。

このタイミングで新たに、全社員でサグリの目指す世界観を共有し、サグリらしい組織文化を共通言語で語るため、MISSION・VALUEを刷新しました。

今後は、VISION・MISSION・VALUEを体現した取り組みやグッドプラクティスを共有し、組織のナレッジとしていくことで成長を加速させていきたいと考えています。
