【インターン日報2020年7月★佐々木】ノウハウを身につけるには？

自己紹介
Introduce myself

はじめまして、長期インターン生の佐々木です。大学ではデザインの勉強をしています。フリーランスのデザイナー/イラストレーターとして仕事をしていくために、プラスカラーでのインターンを通して日々勉強させていただいています。
具体的には、外部のデザイナーさんに向けた指示書の作成や、その他細々としたデザイン業務などを担当。文章を書くのがあまり得意ではないので、暖かい目と心で読んでいただけると嬉しいです。
Hi, I'm Sasaki, a long-term intern. I'm studying design at university, and I'm looking for a job as a freelance designer/illustrator in plus colors.
I'm trying to work as a freelance designer/illustrator, plus color. Through my internship, I have been able to learn every day. Specifically, I create instructions for external designers and other detailed design work. and others.I'm not very good at writing, so I hope you'll read it with a warm eye and heart.

交流のスペースがほしい人へ
For those who want a space to interact

本日は主に、カフェBAR事業｢pluscolor☆S｣の広告物作成の作業を行いました。
pluscolor☆Sとは、プラスカラーオフィスの2F部分を、シェア型のBARスペースとして運営するプロジェクトです。
フードメニューの焼きそばとカレーは、ランチタイムにUberEatsなども利用してテイクアウト・デリバリー販売を行う予定です。
午前中は以前作成したランディングページの進捗がデザイナーさんから上がってきたので、その修正指示を。午後にはランディンページをもとにしたチラシの指示書作成、という流れで取り組みます。
Today, we mainly worked on the advertisement of Bar business "pluscolor☆S".
pluscolor☆S is a Bar space of the share type, which is the part of 2F of pluscolor office. The project will be run as a The food menu, yakisoba and curry, will be available for takeout and delivery at lunchtime. Schedule.
In the morning, the designer came up with the progress of the landing page I created previously. Revision instructions. In the afternoon, we will work on the flyer instructions based on the Lundin page.

理論といっしょに手を動かす
Hands on with the theory

デザインは情報を円滑に伝えるための手段の一つです。
良いとされるものには必ず理論があって、基本的にその考え方に沿って作られています。
と、頭ではわかっているつもりなのですが・・・
まだまだ良いものをコンスタントに作れるようにはなれません。
なぜなら、理論をインプットしきれていないのと同時に、手を動かしてアウトプットする経験がまったく足りていないからです。
デザインの話をしているように思えますが、きっと他のことでも同じように言えることで、そして色々なところで何回も聞いたことがある内容だな、と書いていて思いました。
なにかを身につけるプロセスというのは、すべて同じなのかもしれません。
Design is one of the ways in which information is conveyed smoothly.
There is always a theory behind what is considered good, and it's basically built around that idea.
And I think I know that in my head, but I'm still trying to make good things consistently. cannot be. Because at the same time that the theory is not fully inputted, the experience of working with your hands and outputting Because it's not enough at all.
It seems to me that we're talking about design, but as I was writing it, I realized that the same could be said for other things, and it's something I've heard many times in many places.
Maybe the process of learning something is the same for all of us.

くりかえし、くりかえし
Repeatedly, repeatedly

つまりは、まだまだ成長できていないなと思っても、腐らずに、地道にインプット/アウトプットをくりかえしていくことが成長への近道なのだろうな、と勝手に思い直した日でした。
就活をやめてからというもの、まだまだ不安だらけな私ですが、大きな成果にこだわらず、コツコツと力をつけていこうと思います。
In other words, even if I feel like I haven't grown up yet, I don't want to get rotten, but I think the shortcut to growth is to repeatedly give steady input and output.
Since I quit job hunting, I'm still full of anxiety, but I'm going to keep building up my strength and not focus on big results.
