霧切草は垂れ込める天の叢雲に
音もなく綿の編みを寸止めした
雨を収穫如し、歓喜降りけり
世は奇なり、運命は「Weird」

アイルランドのこの伝統の調べでインスパイアされた
革命の唄でもありますが、「Morning Dew」の政治的意味合いはどうでもいい
元々はアイルランド百姓のフォーク音楽であった。

何故か分からないが、自分がこの調べを聞く時、このフォークソングの歌詞を思い出す、タイトルもまた「foggy dew」。
出所などはどうでもいい、唄には感情は政治より大事だ。唄は民族や国の感情を現すではなく、「人間」の感情を現すものだ。
