慢性腎臓病 Chronic kidney disease (CKD)
慢性腎臓病は腎臓の血液をろ過して老廃物を
除去する能力が徐々に低下する状態をいいます。
Chronic kidney disease is a slowly progressive decline in the kidney’s ability
to filter metabolic waste products from the blood.
主な原因は糖尿病と高血圧です。
Major causes are diabetes and high blood pressure.
症状は夜間の排尿、疲労、吐き気、かゆみ、筋肉のけいれん、食欲不振、混迷、呼吸困難、むくみがあります。
Symptoms include urinating at night, fatigue, nausea, itching, muscle twitching and cramps, loss of appetite, confusion, difficult breathing, and body swelling.
治療は食事に含まれる水分、ナトリウム、
カリウムの摂取を制限します
Treatment aims to reduce fluids in diet, restrict sodium, and potassium in the diet.
進行すると透析や腎移植も行うこともありますWhen the disease gets worse, doctors may perform dialysis or kidney transplantation.
