ダルビッシュ、日本人初メジャー最多勝タイトル獲得

シカゴ・カブスの右腕のダルビッシュ有は、9月26日にナショナルリーグで最も近いライバルが争いから脱落した後、メジャーリーグで最多勝を獲得した最初の日本人投手となった。

Chicago Cubs right-hander Yu Darvish became the first Japanese pitcher to lead a major league in wins after his closest competitor in the National League dropped out of contention on Sept. 26 .

ダルビッシュは、9月25日に対シカゴホワイトソックス戦で7回イニングを投げた後カブスを10-0の完封勝利に導き、シーズン8勝目を獲得しました。

Darvish collected his eighth win of the season on Sept. 25 after tossing seven shutout innings in the cubs' 10-0 win over the Chicago White Sox .
