この年を忘れないため、わたしの記憶に残すため、2020年に起こったニュースを自由気ままに投稿していきます。

ダルビッシュ、日本人初メジャー最多勝タイトル獲得#3

2020年のメジャーリーグベースボールのレギュラーシーズンは、コロナウイルスの大流行により60試合に短縮され、9月27日に終了しました。

The 2020 Major League Baseball regular season , shortened to 60 games due to the coronavirus pandemic , wrapped up on Sep. 27 .

ダルビッシュは7月31日から9月4日まで7試合連続で勝利し、7月と8月のナショナルリーグピッチャーオブザマンスに選ばれました。

Darvish won seven straight games from July 31 to Sept. 4 and was named National League Picher of the Month for July and August .

彼はまた、MLBの最高の投手を表彰するサイヤング賞の有力候補となった最初の日本人投手でもあります。

He is also the first Japanese pitcher to be a leading candidate for the Cy Young Award , which recognizes the MLB's best pitchers.
