私たちMOTHERは、5000年続くアーユルヴェーダを通して実体験としての本質的な学びと永続的な心身の快適さ、幸福を多くの方々とシェアし合う組織でありコミュニティです。

個人にとって、企業にとって、環境にとって…様々な領域の”健康”を本質的に考え、個々が最も能力を発揮し、持続的により良く在る為のホリスティック（包括的）なアプローチを提供する事業を展開しています。
"それぞれ個々にとっての幸せを一番に考え、より良い人生へと導く、全ての人にとっての母親のような組織でありたい。"
ーそんな想いでMOTHERは存在します。

2020年9月、#MOTHERコミュニティの立ち上げよりその活動は始まりました。
以降コロナ禍によりその活動は主にオンライン上で行なっていましたが、これまでにオンライン講座、カウンセリング、ECサイトでのショップ販売、オンラインヨガクラスや単発イベント、WS、料理教室、百貨店への出店、そしてスクール事業など様々なコンテンツを提供して参りました。

少しずつ対面でのイベントやプロジェクトも再開され、
『Japanese Modern Ayurveda』
　#日本式アーユルヴェーダ
の理念をもとに、
・日本各地でのヘルスツーリズム開催に向けての第一歩、
・田楽プロジェクト(「那須の娘」・「太鼓ラボ」とのコラボレーション)や、

#MOTHER寺子屋
日本に根付き、世界に誇れる文化、食材・食事、知慧、習わし、伝統文化・・・に今一度着目し、それらから学ぶ"本質"を皆さんと共に追求していく#寺子屋プロジェクトも始動していきます。

「田楽とは？」
平安時代にできたとされる、主に田植えの際に行われていた伝統芸能。
かつては全ての田植え作業が人力で行われていたため、作業歌のような役割や、田植えを囃したてるための "田楽法師” という生業があった。
その他、豊作を願う神への祈りを込めて歌や舞を舞ったとも言われている。
またのちに、音楽だけでなく、演劇や曲芸の要素も加わり、より洗練された芸能に発展していく。
「能」の原点ともなった伝統芸能が「田楽」である。

Our company, MOTHER, is an organization and community of people who share the essential learning and lasting physical and mental comfort and happiness through the 5,000 year-old Ayurveda.

We essentially consider “health” for individuals, companies, the environment, and various other areas, and we develop projects that provide a holistic approach so that each individual can reach his or her fullest potential and live a better life sustainably. 
“We would like to be an organization that is like a mother for everyone, giving happiness for every individual primary consideration, and guiding everyone to better life”.
ーMOTHER exists with this in mind.

MOTHER's activities began in September 2020 with the launch of the #MOTHER community. Since then, the activities have been held mainly online due to the Covid-19, but we have provided various contents such as online courses, counseling, e-commerce store, online yoga classes, one-off events, workshops, cooking classes, opening a store in a department store, and school business. 

Gradually, in-person events and projects have resumed
Based on philosophy of “Japanese Modern Ayurveda,” We conduct the "Dengaku Project" 
(in collaboration with "Nasu no Musume" and "Taiko Labo")

What is Dengaku Project…?
Dengaku is a traditional Japanese performing art consisting of music and dance.
This project was founded with the idea that by collaborating with traditional Japanese culture and traditional performing arts, and we modern people can remember the ancient wisdom that is engrave in the land of Japan and in the soul of the Japanese people, we can realize true physical, mental, and social health and sustainable coexistence with nature 😊.

#MOTHER Online Class(MOTHER TERAKOYA)
The #MOTHER TERAKOYA project is online classes to focus on Japan's world-class culture, ingredients, food, wisdom, customs, traditional culture, etc., which are rooted in Japan, and pursue the "essence" of what we can learn from them together with you.

What is TERAKOYA…?
TERAKOYA is academic institution popularized during the Edo period that provided elementary education in reading and writing to children of commoners.

There are many ways to get involved with MOTHER.
