Hi, there.

I wanted to eat curry rice 3 days ago. I thought that I'd try to cook it on my next day off.
3日前からカレーが食べたくて、
次の休みにカレーを作ろうと思っていた。

I had to buy a stewpan. First of all I went to the canadian super store to get it. Then I got it! They didn't have curry sauce mix which is made in Japan.
私は鍋を買わなければならなかった。最初にカナディアンスーパーストアに行って、それを買った。そこには日本のカレールーがなかった。

Next, I went to a T&T. It's an asian super market. They have curry sauce mix. I bought it and some vegetables for curry.
次に、私はT&Tに行った。そこはアジアンスーパーです。そこには日本のカレールーがあります。私はカレールーと野菜を買った。

When I came home, my boyfriend was a little hungry. so I started to cook curry rice. *I always take to cook it 40 minutes.(=It always takes 40minutes.)
家に帰ると彼氏は少しお腹が空いていた。だから、私はカレーを作り始めた。いつも40分くらいかかる。
After 40minutes, it's done. Finally I ate a large curry rice. It was soo yummy. He ate two large curry rice. And I remembered it's the first time I cooked curry rice in Vancouver.
40分後、それは出来上がった。やっと私は大盛りカレーを食べた。めちゃくちゃ美味しかった。彼は大盛りカレーを2杯食べた。そういえば、バンクーバーでカレーを作ったのは初めてだ。

<感想>
やっぱり英語難しい。でも、英語を書くのが少しスピードアップした気がする。慣れてきたね。継続は力なり！
