エリアコージェネレーションシステムの導入について
-Introduction of the area cogeneration system-　　

 今イギリス政府は住宅の古くなった設備の一新を考えております。2025年までにヒートポンプの需要を4倍にする計画を行っています。ガスもしくは電気の住宅用小型ヒートポンプですが、今までのセントラルヒーティングはボイラーを使用しているところが多く、CBからのHPへの転用はますます電気の需要が高まります。また、ロシアとウクライナの戦争の影響や、地球温暖化による使用電力の需要が高まり、コストは向上しています。さらにHPの使用が増えますとピーク時の停電も考えられます。その問題を解決できる補完するサポートシステムとしてエリアコージェネレーシシステムを提案していきました。ガスと電気の混合で運用が可能である、この仕組みは、地域のエネルギー利用を支えるだけではなく、環境アセスメントや廃熱利用の公共施設、そして自家発電施設としても利用ができます。災害時の停電により、他の電力の供給が絶たれた中でも運用が可能です。

"The UK government is currently considering the refurbishment of outdated housing facilities. By 2025, there is a plan to quadruple the demand for heat pumps. These are small-scale heat pumps for residential use, combining gas and electricity. Many central heating systems currently use boilers, and the transition from conventional boilers (CB) to heat pumps (HP) will likely increase the demand for electricity. Additionally, the war between Russia and Ukraine, along with global warming, has led to increased electricity usage and costs. An increase in heat pump usage could also result in peak-time blackouts. To address these issues, I have proposed the implementation of area cogeneration systems as a complementary support system. This mechanism, which can operate on a mix of gas and electricity, not only supports local energy use but also serves as an environmental assessment tool, utilizes waste heat in public facilities, and can function as a private power generation facility. It can also operate during disasters when other power supplies are cut off."

エリザベスライン　-Elisabeth line-

最新の設備が導入されているロンドンの中心地,名前も‟シティ”とヒースロー空港を結ぶ鉄道ラインです。停車駅には商業地区や住宅地区、教育地区、などが多く存在します。また、行政機関などへのアクセスも大変便利な鉄道ラインなので、多くの日本人が周辺に住んでいます。さらに、グレーターロンドン‟大ロンドン”が開発され新しい街が沿線には生まれています。新しくロンドンに住む人たちと古くからロンドンに住む人たちを結ぶ鉄道でもあります。この設備は最新鋭の設備が導入されています。その設備とリンクすることで、災害時の搬送ルートも確保できます。

"The Elizabeth Line is a state-of-the-art railway that connects the heart of London, known as 'The City,' to Heathrow Airport. It serves a multitude of districts, including commercial, residential, and educational areas. The line is particularly convenient for accessing government agencies, making it a popular choice for the many Japanese residents in the vicinity. Additionally, the development of 'Greater London' has led to the emergence of new towns along the route. The Elizabeth Line bridges the gap between new residents and those who have long called London home. With its cutting-edge technology, the line also ensures a reliable transportation route in case of emergencies."

事例：六本木＆丸の内、大手町エリア　-Exp Roppongi, Marunouchi and Otemachi Area-

日本ではじめてエリアコージェネレーションシステムが導入されたのは六本木ヒルズです。その後、その成功をもとに、各地でエリアコージェネレーションシステムが導入され始めました。自家発電装置と給排水設備などと複合して、効率よく、エリアのエネルギー循環を行っています。その設備効率は主幹のエネルギー供給システムを補完うるものです。また、ピークカットを行い、夜間の蓄熱も可能のため、停電を抑止する事にもなります。

The first area-cogeneration system in Japan was introduced at Roppongi Hills. Following its success, similar systems have been implemented in various locations. These systems efficiently manage the area's energy cycle by integrating self-power generation and water supply and drainage systems. Their efficiency can complement the main energy supply system. Additionally, they can reduce peak demand and store energy at night, helping to prevent blackouts.

環境アセスメント  -environment assessment-

　ヒースロー空港周辺には豊かな自然が数多く残っております。また渡り鳥の生息地でもあります。周辺地の自然も、都市開発の波が押し寄せてきている事情から、環境土壌汚染などの心配事が多いです。効率よく、街のエネルギー計画を立てる総合プランは広域に影響がありますが、時間を十分確保し、周辺住民との目標の設定と環境保護は将来、無作為に広がる都市化を抑止し、自然との調和を計るルールの基盤づくりにもなります。
その街の品質は地域住民に還元し、豊かな生活を生み出します。

　"Heathrow Airport is surrounded by an abundance of natural beauty and serves as a habitat for migratory birds. However, the encroaching wave of urban development brings concerns of environmental soil pollution. A comprehensive and efficient energy plan for the city will have widespread impact, but ensuring ample time for planning and setting goals with local residents for environmental protection can help prevent indiscriminate urban sprawl in the future and lay the foundation for rules that harmonize with nature.
The quality of the city will reflect back on the local residents, fostering a rich and fulfilling life.
