黒須の醤油蕎麦〜グルメの街神保町で食べる至極のラーメン

残念ながら2023年4月30日に閉店してしまいましたが、神保町グルメでここ数年欠かせなかったラーメン黒須を紹介します。

それにしても最終日はものすごい長さの行列ができていましたね、果たして皆さん食べることができたのでしょうか。あの長い列はキッチン南海が一度閉店する時にできた行列に匹敵するんじゃないかと思うほど凄かった。

それほどの人に愛された黒須ですが、私も数回伺いました。醤油と塩を交互に食べていましたかね。

スープが最高に美味くて、100%飲み干しちゃいます。麺とスープを交互に、ああたまりません。閉店してしまったので、もう食べることはできませんが、いつか復活することを願いつつ、ここに記しておきます。

たぶん、川口春奈さんが食べてるの、黒須なんじゃないかなあ。

Unfortunately, Ramen Kurosu, which has been an essential part of the Kanda-Jinbocho gourmet scene for the past few years, closed its doors on April 30th, 2023.

On its final day, there was an incredibly long queue, I wonder if everyone was able to get their fill. It was as impressive as the queue that was formed when Kitchen Nanhai closed down for the first time.

Ramen Kurosu was loved by so many people, and I myself visited it several times. I remember alternating between the shoyu and salt flavors while eating the ramen.

The soup was incredibly delicious, and I always drank every last drop. It was impossible to get enough of the noodles and soup, and now that the shop has closed, it's impossible to taste it again. I'll keep this memory and hope that it'll come back someday.
