A Christmas letter or a love letter

It is a season of red and white, golden bells and pointy green trees, the time for fluffy, brittle, and cold white snow- just for smiles, laughter and happiness. A season of dreams.

You know what else is red and white? The colors of love and life. I am supposed to be celebrating Christmas this festive season, but I am lost celebrating you, because my red and white has been you since November :), November just because it sounds cooler.

I hope today is Christmas day, I hope it's midnight, chilly outside, with a full moon and snowflakes sprinkling down on you from the heavens.

I usually don't expect Christmas to come along with gifts, but this year is different. I am here celebrating you; I couldn't have asked for anything more.

I still wonder… Is this a Christmas letter or a love letter?

You are the soul and air that I breathe, the heart and love that I need. Love is effortless, it's the fun times and the memories that we create together, whether its singing at the side of the street or teasing each other without catching feelings. Love is…, is unexpected, Love is accepting, it is never dismissive, even when one is a hot mess. Love is uncomfortable, but it is the ability to say sorry, even when sorry is not part of our vocabulary, and best of all, 
Love is a beauty, which can never be denied. So let's say cheers and embrace the love this Chritsmas….
