Mocha

最近、ずっと頭の中で考えてる事を言葉にしようとしてたら何となく英詩を書いてみたいなって思って、初めて英語で詩を書いてみました。

息をする事に必死で、生きる以外の選択肢を抱えながら今を愛でようとしてる誰かのお話です。
言葉のバレンタインギフトになればいいな。

Mocha

Why can't we live without dreams? 
But why do all these people have  to live without dreams? 
Oh, I don’t know.
I can't live without something to cling to.

A cup of coffee and a chocolate
I think I can live with that.
I think we can call it a dream.
Let's make a dream with mocha.
Let's laugh at their cunning. 

Why is everyone thinking about retirement now? 
Why do people want to live until they're a wreck?   
Oh, I don’t know.
I'm just trying to live in the moment. 

A cup of coffee and a chocolate
That's all I want to live for. 
That's all I need to face the present. 
Let's live with mocha 
as if we're gonna die tomorrow 


As life is not so sweet. 
They often say that "Life is Like a Cup of Coffee"
Bite down on the bitterness.
 I don't want you to enjoy it.
No, no, not like that just bring the sweetness 
to match the bitterness, right? 

A cup of coffee and a chocolate
I think I can live with that. 
That's the only thing I'm willing to love. 
No matter what anyone says
Whether you're alive or dead now
I wish I could love Mocha every day. 
If I can create me in life with mocha, 
let's laugh about it.
