More than satisfied day!
Hello there.
Although it was boiling hot yesterday, I had a brilliant day. I’ll share yesterday’s special events with you, but what should I start with?
I planned to meet up with my friend “A-chan,” temporarily returning in the afternoon. Despite being busy, she made time for me since she would leave Japan today.
When we planned about that, I came up with something. My English pronunciation coach is very talented and, at the same time, a handmade accessory artist, so I wanted her to make a gift for A-chan. We met on Zoom, and I told her my images of A-chan, her image color in my mind, and what kind of woman she was; she is gently mannered and, at the same time, has a dignified elegance.
I met my coach a little while ago and received it in person. It was as expected, and I was sure A-chan would be pleased.
Aside from that, since I realized the place where I would meet up with A-chan was near my former coworker M-san’s office, I contacted her, and we would meet and have lunch together before meeting A-chan.
I left home around 11:30 and headed for Takeshiba Sta., arriving a little earlier than the meeting time, and waited for her while reading a book.
Finally, she came!
It was after two months, a short time. M-san guided me to a nice Italian restaurant that was glass-sided and could see the sea. We had a pasta lunch and chatted. Although only an hour, I was satisfied and got energy from her.
After saying goodbye to M-san, I headed for Hamamatsucho Sta. Since she gave directions in advance, I didn’t lose my way.
Finally, I met A-chan, and we hugged each other. Although it was after four years, we didn’t feel a long time since we sometimes chatted online. On the other hand, I thought we finally met in person. We wandered in search of a place to talk, and A-chan found it. At the cafe, we were busy to catch up with each other.
The time when I sent a present came! She opened the box and was delighted, so I was glad. We took a picture of our fingers putting on matching rings, but I regret not taking our two shots.

In addition, when I almost reached Hamamatsucyo station, someone asked me, “Could you wait for two or three minutes since shooting now.” To be honest, I was upset a little. However, I didn’t need to wait so long, and someone said, “Cut!” over there, and then the pedestrians, including me, were permitted to pass. While passing them, I recognized “Eiji Akaso,” booming an actor and one of my favorites. I was so lucky!
I realized again that I’m lucky and blessed enough to have excellent people around me.
