平日が1日休みの今週は、1週間が早いですね。

働き方改革のブラック
会社で部長課長クラスの人は、働き方改革についてなかなか理解を示せない。それは自分が若い時かなり苦労してブラックな環境で働いてきて、それにより今の地位を手に入れたからだ。今働き方改革が政府を含めて進められている。この現象を目の当たりにしながら、自分が今までやってきた事が間違いであったかのような錯覚を受けているのだと思う。
では、そんな人たちに聞いてみたいが昔のような働き方を他の人にもさせたいのだろうか?自分もそんな環境で働き続けたいと思うのだろうか?
今が少しでも良くなっていることを、あたかも悪いことのように錯覚するのはどうなのかと僕は考えます。
ブラックな時代が徐々に落ち着いてきた頃に入社したものの考えです。

People in the department head's class at a company have difficulty understanding of the reform of the way they work.That's because when I was young, I worked very hard in a black environment, which gave me my current position.Reforms of the way of working are being carried out, including those in the government.While witnessing this phenomenon, I think I am under the illusion that what I have done so far was a mistake.

そして、後輩の待遇を喜ぶ様うになりたい。

自分の中にも、管理職の方が考えがわかる部分があるから。注意だね。
