"A lost note"

Once again, I have not been able to open note.com for more than half the day.                                                                                                            繰り返しになりますが、私は半日以上note.comを開くことができませんでした。

System errors?                                                                                                 システムエラー？

There might always be more questions than answers, however, the important thing is to know where one's destination is.                              答えよりも質問の方が多いかもしれませんが、大切なのは行き先がどこにあるかを知ることです。

And, I believe, to reach one's destination, one must know where one is standing now.                                                                                                  そして、目的地にたどり着くには、今どこに立っているのかを知る必要があると思います。

My kimchi update.
I intend to taste the kimchi I made about three days ago for the first time tomorrow.                                                                                                   キムチのアップデート。
３日前に作ったキムチを明日初めて味わうつもりです。

My guess is, the kimchi should taste more fermented than other times, because it was kept under a weight overnight.
By doing this important process, the excess water is released from the Napa cabbage. But, since it was pressed over a long period of time instead of being squeezed by hand, the fibres inside each stem should remain undamaged.
Which ultimately means, it will be quite delicious.                                     私の推測では、キムチは一晩重りで圧搾されたので、他のレシピよりも発酵した味がするはずです。
この重要なプロセスを実行することにより、余分な水が白菜から放出されます。 しかし、手で絞るのではなく、長時間押し付けられているので、各茎の内側の繊維は損傷を受けていないはずです。
つまり、かなり美味しいと思います。

"Perhaps, I wrote too much about kimchi?"                                                    "キムチについて書きすぎたのかな？"

I think it would be rather enjoyable to try making your own kimchi at home as well. This is certainly not limited to kimchi alone, anything made at home has a extra layer of value.                                                         家でも自分でキムチを作ってみるのも楽しいと思います。                            これは確かにキムチだけに限らず、家庭で作ったものにはさらに価値があります。
