Too Drinkable to remain

【Day 97】

It's only been 1 day since I opened my first batch of beer, but I felt like it’s getting mature than yesterday already. I heard that the beer right after finishing 2nd ferment would taste a bit young, so it would be better waiting for 2 more weeks for making it a good taste.  

So I expect that 2 weeks later would be the right time to share it with my friends.

But, even though it’s a pale ale, it’s so drinkable like a sort of pilsner that I'm not sure it would remain until 2 weeks later.
