sabolitaiのバンドミーティングはいつも3人でやってます。曲を作るときは、大体先にコード（和音）が決まって、メロディがなんとなく決まって、それからどんな歌にしよっかって決めるんですけど、Flightはミーティング中に遊びながらできた曲です。
