Since I had lived here as an exchange student when I was a university student, there weren't many things that surprised me this time. But one thing that surprised me was how much cash (現金) is still used in a daily basis.

大学生の時に交換留学生として住んでいたこともあり、今回驚くことはあまりありませんでした。しかし、ひとつだけ驚いたのは、いまだに現金が日常的に使われていることです。
