Every people who comes to Australia would know about the ANZAC. It is an abbreviation of Australia New Zealand Army Corps. Many monuments were built for them who died in not only the World War but also the Vietnam War, which I found wherever I went even in quite small cities.
オーストラリアに来たら必ず聞く言葉、アンザック。第一次世界大戦の際のオーストラリアとニュージーランドの連合軍です。どんなに小さい都市に行っても戦死者を祀る記念碑があります。オーストラリアでは彼らは絵本にもなっているヒーローです。
