This passage of scripture teaches us the importance of having unwavering faith in God as our only light and salvation, believing and obeying His Word, and remembering our gratitude to Him. Let us take these words to heart and deepen our trust in God in our life of faith.
· Background on Psalm 27: It is believed that this Psalm was written while King David was on the run from the persecution of King Saul. King David sang this Psalm as an expression of his trust and gratitude to God.

4. remember to thank God
God gives us life and gives us various blessings every day. Let us remember to be thankful to God and always express our love for Him through our prayers of thanksgiving.
