分かりやすくなっています（間違ってる可能性もあり）

Around the corner, he almost bumps into Sirius.
角を曲がると、チャロは危うくシリウスとぶつかりそうに－

しーっ（静かに）チャロか...よく聞けよ

you'd better go back and use another street.
君はした方がいい 戻って行くんだ 他の道を

What's wrong?
何かあったの？

A suspect is hiding out in that building. 
容疑者が隠れ込んでいる あのビルディングに

We're on a stakeout now.
俺たちは張り込み中なんだ今は

Just then, a hat comes dancing from nowhere.
ちょうどその時、帽子が転がってきます どこからともなく

An old woman is looking for her missing hat
おばあさんが探しています 失くしてしまった帽子を

on a sidewalk nearby.
歩道の近くでです

This...is hers.　Why don't you take it to her?
これ...おばあさんのだけど しないの？ドレッドが帽子を持ってくの

You are faster.
（僕よりも）速いんだから

I told you,I can't move.
言っただろチャロ、動けないんだ

I understand.I'll go.
そうだね、僕が行くよ

Charo tries,but the hat is too big for him. However...
チャロは持って行きますが、帽子は大きすぎます でもまあ...

At that moment,Catherine and Sirius burst into the building.

僕昨日シリウスに会ったよ。おばあちゃんもいて

The wind blew off her hat.
風がおばあちゃんの防止を飛ばしたんだ

I asked Sirius to help. But he said he was working.
シリウスに「助けないと」と尋ねたけど今仕事中だからって

I thought his work was to help people.
思うけど彼の仕事は人を助けることじゃないの？

Maybe he was in a tight spot.
まあシリウスは動けなかったんだろう

I brought the hat...to the old woman.
僕が持ってったの帽子をおばあちゃんに

Good for you,Charo.
良いことしたわねチャロ！

えっ？（チャロ）

but I'm sure you did a very good thing.
