G'day everyone! Thanks for tuning into this podcast today, it's great to have your ears.
Today is the 9th of March and it looks like it's going to rain in Brisbane!

Now, let me tell you about the photo shoot we did over the weekend. It was a wedding gift to us, a professional photo shoot. We didn't want just the usual special occasion photos, it can be a bit awkward posing in fancy clothes and all that. So we had the idea to do a photo shoot in our everyday clothes and makeup, right here at our neighbor's place. We haven't seen the pictures yet, but we're excited to check them out and get some printed. Of course, it would be nice to have fancy photos but having pictures of our daily life means so much more to us. We'll appreciate having these everyday shots to look back on in 10 years. Plus, being in Brisbane means I don't get to see my family as much as I'd like, so it's great to be able to share these photos with them and show them a bit of my life here.

In fact, I'm thinking of doing a photo shoot like this every 3 years or so, just to document our daily lives and have a bit of a history to look back on.

訳：今日のブリスベンは雨が降りそうなんですよねぇ

なんだか、天気っていいネタになりますよね。
でもその割にパパっと出てこないのでメモとして残しておきます。

訳：素敵な衣装着てポーズとるのなんかそわそわしちゃいそうで

Awkwardって変な感じいう印象です。
気持ち悪いとも訳されるとは思うんですが、今回はソワソワって感じにしてみました。

訳：きっと10年後に、日常１ページを残しておいてよかったと思うんだろうなぁと思います

めちゃめちゃ意訳ですよ。

これ直訳したらすごい回りくどいと思います。
英語って、日本語に訳そうとするとなんか気持ち悪いことないですか？

Sex and the city の本読むと、なんか無駄なオネエ言葉みたいになってる時ありますよね。

日本語だと違和感なんですけど、英語から訳そうとするとあんな感じにななちゃうんだろうなと思います。

はい。そんなわけで
この間の日曜日に写真撮影会をしてきたんで、それについてお話をしてみました。

なんか面白いですね。ああいうの。

私と旦那さんはYシャツ着て、ジーパン履いてみたいな。

本当に普通のいつも通りの感じで撮ってもらいました。

近所で撮ってもらったということもあって、リラックスした感じで撮れました。

こんな写真撮影会がまだできたらいいなと思っております。
