～ GO Word Cafeteria ～

ここは”食から始める異文化理解”がテーマの架空のカフェテリア。学生の皆さんから寄せられた、さまざまなローカルフードをご紹介します。異なる文化を知るきっかけになれば幸いです＾＾

GO Cafeteria is a virtual cafeteria created to promote international exchange through sharing different cuisines.
We will use this space to introduce these cuisines by sharing students' favorite dishes from their countries. We believe that posting about food from different countries will be a great opportunity to get to know other cultures :)

Food name： Sauteed Potato、green pepper and eggplant / 地三鲜

Place： China / 中国

Comment：
Disanxian is a dish from the northeastern part of China, consisting of eggplants and potatoes. Chinese restaurants in Hongo also have this dish.

ナス、じゃがいもなどが入った料理です。本郷の中華料理店でも食べることができます。
