ここは”食から始める異文化理解”がテーマの架空のカフェテリア。学生の皆さんから寄せられた、さまざまなローカルフードをご紹介します。異なる文化を知るきっかけになれば幸いです＾＾

GO Cafeteria is a virtual cafeteria created to promote international exchange through sharing different cuisines.
We will use this space to introduce these cuisines by sharing students' favorite dishes from their countries. We believe that posting about food from different countries will be a great opportunity to get to know other cultures :)

Food name： Semla / セムラ
Place： Sweden / スウェーデン

Comment：Semla is a seasonal sweet that is only available before Easter and loved by all Swedes. You eat brioche dough with marzipan and fresh cream. It's not as sweet as it looks!

イースター前だけに食べられる、季節限定の国民的スイーツです。ブリオッシュ生地にマジパンと生クリームが入ってます。見た目ほどには甘くないです！
