トモダチの、トモダチによる、トモダチだけでなくみんなのための、ジャンルレスな音楽プレイリストを企画。テーマは「2023年、思い出の1曲」。活動拠点の異なる、この企画でつながった「はじめまして」同士のトモダチ100人以上！が選りすぐりの1曲を選んでくれた。ありがとう！

うまくいかない度、あの時違う選択をしていたなら...と後悔してしまう。でも、常に最適解を選択して生きていくことは、神様でも無い限り不可能だろう。人生というのは、それぞれの「生きる目的」のために、たくさん回り道をしながら理想を追求していく、長くて短い自分づくりの旅だと思う。今まで生きてきた痕跡も、今の自分の存在も、その一つ一つはちっぽけで取るに足らない、まさに六等星のように暗く儚いもの。でもその旅路の中での挑戦やたくさんの奇跡的な出会いが、いつの日か確かに輝く光となって、未来の自分を、そしてその先への道を照らしてくれると信じて、明日からもまた新たな一歩を踏み出していきたい。

This year was a year of "change" for me.
It was a year in which I challenged myself to do many things with the sole intention of changing the half-baked person I had become.
Every day was a new place to live, a new place to go to, new people to meet, a new lifestyle, and everything else. Naturally, only a fraction of everything went well, and I felt like I was on the verge of breaking down many times due to the continuous failures. I thought about running away, quitting, and had many setbacks. There were times when I felt ashamed of myself because I saw what I could not do. At such times, this song was what I naturally listened to. It is a song that gently accompanies our exhausted hearts and speaks for the feelings that cannot be expressed in words.
Every time things didn't go well, I wished I had made a different choice at that time. I regret it. However, it is impossible to always choose the best solution and live your life, unless you are a god. Life is a long and short journey of self-building, taking many detours in pursuit of one's ideal for one's "purpose in life. The traces of our lives and our current existence are all tiny and insignificant, as dark and fleeting as a sixth magnitude star. But I would like to take another step forward tomorrow, believing that the challenges and many miraculous encounters along the journey will one day become a shining light that will surely illuminate my future self and the road ahead.

I chose this song, which is filled with my life-size self in 2023 and my thoughts for the future, as one of my most memorable songs of the year.

5.Time Capsule/英子
2023年秋のドラマ「パリピ孔明」第8話で披露された曲。上白石萌歌ちゃん演じる英子のオリジナルソング。普段はインストゥルメンタルばかりで、どちらかというと歌より曲を聴くことが多い。だけど、adieuこと萌歌ちゃんの歌はよく聴く。学校の帰り道、夜道を歩きながら聴く。暗闇をそっと照らす月明かりのような、神々しく透き通った歌声は気持ちを落ち着かせる。いや、神というより天使かも。最近は、アガる音楽よりしっとりした音楽を聴くことが多い。そんな萌歌ちゃんが、音楽青春コメディという新ジャンルのドラマでアマチュアシンガーソングライター・英子役で出演。ドラマの中で音楽ライブを観るといった新体験は、ドラマっ子である僕をワクワクドキドキさせた。ドラマを楽しめて、音楽も聴ける。一石二鳥。「毎日働いて学校へ行く」繰り返しの日々の、唯一の楽しみになっていた。ほんと、楽しみがないとやっていけない。「人とのつながりが夢へと近づける」ことを歌ったこの曲は、ドラマを観てたらおのずと感動する曲で、そっと人を包み込むようなメロディはこれまた気持ちをホッとさせる。1曲を絞るのにかなり頭を抱えたが、2023年は英子がよかった。来年はadieuでの新曲も聴けるといいなあ。(ちなみにApple Musicでいちばん聴いた曲は星野源の「仲間はずれ」、YouTubeでよく聴いていたのはアンジュルム、Juice=Juiceといったハロプロソングだった。アイドルは昔から大好き)
Song performed in the 8th episode of the fall 2023 drama "Paripi Komei". It is an original song by Eiko, played by Moeka Kamishiraishi. I usually listen to instrumentals only, and I tend to listen to songs rather than singing. However, I often listen to songs by Moe-chan aka adieu. I listen to them while walking home from school at night. Her voice is divine and clear, like moonlight softly illuminating the darkness, and it calms me down. Or maybe she is an angel rather than a god. These days, I tend to listen to quieter music rather than more uplifting music. Moka plays the role of Eiko, an amateur singer-songwriter, in a new genre of music youth comedy drama. The new experience of watching a live music concert in a drama made me, a drama child, excited and thrilled. I could enjoy the drama and listen to music at the same time. Two birds with one stone. It was the only thing I could look forward to in my repetitive days of "working and going to school every day. I really need something to look forward to. I had a hard time narrowing it down to one song, but I chose Eiko for 2023. I hope to hear a new song by adieu next year. (By the way, the song I listened to most on Apple Music was "Nakama Hashiri" by Gen Hoshino, and the songs I listened to most on YouTube were Halo Pro songs by Angulum, Juice=Juice, etc.)

お知り合いと言っていいのかわからないほどよくわからないフォロワーなのですが、楽しそうな企画だったので参加してみました！素敵です！
今年は本当にaikoさんの曲を聴いてがんばって生きていました。今付き合っている恋人とこれから先も一緒に居たいという気持ちが強く、人間として精神的に成長しなくてはならない一年でした。やっぱり人と過ごすというのは難しくて、自分が今まで持っていた信念を柔軟に変形させていかないとなかなかできないものだなと痛感しています。今年を振り返るとものすごく大人になった大成長の一年でした。aikoさんの曲に出てくる女の子像は私の理想そのものです。まだまだ大人になりきれない部分も多く、悩むことも後を断ちませんが、aikoさんの前向きで無邪気な歌詞に背中を押され愛を存分に纏いながら成長していこうという気持ちになれます。その中でも今年一番背中を押された曲が「キラキラ」でした。少々長いですが、読んで頂きありがとうございました(^^)♪

This year I really tried my best to live by listening to aiko's songs. It was a year in which I had to grow mentally as a human being, as I strongly want to be with my current girlfriend in the future. I am still aware that spending time with other people is difficult, and it is not easy to do so without flexibly transforming the beliefs I have had in the past. Looking back on this year, it was a year of great growth and maturity, and the image of the girl in aiko's songs is my very ideal. There are still many parts of my life where I have yet to fully mature, and there are still many things that trouble me, but aiko's positive and innocent lyrics push me forward and make me want to grow up while wearing love to the fullest. 18.忘れものの森/安藤裕子
今年初めて、長年ファンだった安藤裕子さんのコンサートを観に行った際にアコースティックで聴いたこの曲。
生業にしているわけではないものの言葉の表現活動をして生きている中で、どこから溢れているかわからない言葉の行く先がないと感じていた時だったこともあってか「生きていたいの、誰かに伝えていたいの」という一節を聴いた瞬間すっと答えを見出せたように感じ涙が溢れ、コンサート後から改めて何度も何度も繰り返し聴きました。
来年の頭に現職場を離れ、引っ越しなども予定しているため、また繰り返し来年もこの曲を聴いては救われる日がありそうです。

2022年に第一子を出産してから生活が一変した。自分の時間というものはなくなり、代わりに"ちいさい人"と過ごす時間というものが生まれた。生まれたての頃は寝ている時間が多いので家の中で音楽を流すことをやめた。できるだけちいさい人を起こさないように注意する、静かな毎日を送っていた。
生後6ヶ月を超えたあたりから表情も豊かになり、体を動かすことが楽しそうに見えたので、試しに子供達に人気と噂の「シナぷしゅ」を何気なく再生してみた。すると生まれてから見たことがない程の集中力を発揮して、ひたすらジーッと見ていた。夫と顔を見合わせて驚いたのをよく覚えている。
それからあっという間に1歳を迎えて、毎日すくすく成長しているちいさい人だが、日課は「シナぷしゅ」を見ること。その中でも特にオープニング曲である「はじまりぷしゅ」がお気に入りで、この曲がかかると手を挙げて縦ノリしはじめる。両親共に隠キャなのにちいさい人からは陽キャの匂いしか感じない。そして子供の特性、必殺""同じことをひたすらリピートする""も、もちろん我が家も毎日発動しているので、ここ半年で恐らくこの曲を1000回近く聞いている。いつでも歌えるし、映像も思い出せるし、会社にいる時も勝手に脳内で再生されている。
少々うんざりしてはいるものの、例えば調理したい時や洗濯物を干したい時なんかにはもう「シナぷしゅ」はかかせない。これが無ければ、ちいさい人は両親が近くにいないことに気付き、とにかく泣き続ける(ちいさな体のどこからそんな大きな声が出るのか本当に不思議だ)。もう本当に「シナぷしゅ」様様。神様。ちゃんとグッズを買って貢献してます。クリスマスプレゼントもサンタさんはシナぷしゅグッズ買う気満々なのでこれからもよろしくお願いします。
そんな訳で本当はもっとお洒落な曲を挙げたかったけど、今年１聞いた曲でもあり、はじめての子育てでお世話になりまくったこの曲をセレクト。

レコードを集め始めた4月、妻からcalmが好きと言われた。妻が喜ぶようにcalmの曲をずっと流していた。ある日一緒にレコード屋に行った際calmがあったので一緒に聞いてみた。妻は何かが違うと言った。いや、これはcalmのアルバムやで。妻と一緒に記憶を遡ってみたところcalm（アルバムby Nomak）が正解であった。

この年一番聴いた曲です。パワフルでおしゃれで聴いていてめちゃくちゃテンションが上がる曲。宇宙からやってきたミステリアスな存在だったXGがこの曲で現実の女の子として楽しそうにメンバーと踊っているというMVを見ただけで胸がいっぱいになります。ずっと幸せでいてほしい。
This is the song I listened to the most this year. The song is powerful, stylish, and makes me feel really excited when I listen to it. Just seeing the music video of XG, who used to be mysterious beings from outer space, dancing with the members as real girls in this song fills my heart with joy. I hope they will always be happy.

I discovered this song around November but the energy felt very powerful. Also the lyrics made a lot of sense to me, and seems like a resume of what I lived through the year. It makes me dance, while its powerful and ellegant!

2023年の12月。やっとの思いで、結婚式を終えた。もともと、結婚式に対して気乗りするタイプではないのに、親の意見と、式場のセールストークに流されて、（いいカモ……）確信がないままその日に決断。その日飲んだビールの味があまりわからなかったことだけ鮮明に覚えてる。
私たちにできるのか……？という不安も結局、当日、会場には12名の花嫁たちが入れ替わり……立ち替わり……。なんだかよくわからないうちにあっという間に終わっていた。でも振り返ると、想像以上に感動的で密度の濃い時間は、夢みたいで、心がいっぱいで、めそめそとよく泣いた。浮遊感と疲れ。ホテルで泥のように眠った。
あんなに色々あったのに、今ではある程度忘れている。なんだかな〜。
でも、この曲を聴くといまだに感情が高まって、ワンオクターブ上がったところで涙が落ちてしまう。泣いている母に体重米を渡し、何年振りかのハグをする瞬間がリフレインする。大切にあまり聴きすぎないように、なんだかな〜と思うときにそっと聞いてしまうスペシャルな1曲です。
December 2023. We finally finished the wedding ceremony. I was never the type to be excited about weddings, but my parents' opinion and the sales talk of the wedding venue led me (good sucker ......) to make the decision that day without being sure. The only thing I vividly remember is that I didn't really appreciate the taste of the beer I drank that day.
I remember vividly that I couldn't taste the beer we drank that day. ......? I was worried that we might not be able to do it, but eventually, on the day of the event, there were 12 brides at the venue, all of whom were ...... standing up and taking turns ....... It was over before I knew what was going on. But looking back, the time was more moving and dense than I had imagined, it was like a dream, my heart was full, and I cried a lot, sobbing a lot. Floaty and tired. I slept like mud in the hotel.
So much happened, but now I have forgotten it to some extent. I don't know.
But when I listen to this song, my emotions still rise and my tears fall one octave higher. 今年の2月にたまたまボーカルの池貝さんとお会いする機会があって、そこで初めてyahyelの音楽に触れて(この時はソロの弾き語りだったが)、衝撃を受けたのを覚えています。その当時の新曲披露がkyokouで、この一年で最も印象的だったのでチョイスしました。その後何回かライブにも行っているのですが、とにかく演出がカッコいい！！五感で楽しいので皆さんも機会があれば是非行って欲しいです。
I happened to have a chance to meet Mr. Ikegai, the vocalist, in February of this year, where I was exposed to yahyel's music for the first time (although he was playing solo at that time), and I remember being shocked by it. I chose kyokou because it was the most impressive performance in the past year. I have been to a few live performances since then, and they are just so cool! It is fun for all five senses, so I hope you all have the chance to go.

今年は友だちと仕事をする機会の多い年だった。友だちに頼まれてデザインをするのは素直にすごくうれしい。なんというか、普通の親しさから一歩踏み込んで、より芯に近づいて相手を感じていくような、そんな感覚がある。
中でもbutajiというミュージシャンのZINEを作ったことが、特に記憶に残っている。私は彼の音楽や誠実な言葉使いを以前からすごくリスペクトしていて、だからこそ頼まれることに格別な嬉しさがあったんだと思う。タイトルは「butazine」といい、写真は宮本七生さんが撮り下ろしてくれた。
そんな縁もあってか、butajiは11月に行われた襲名10周年イベントに私を呼んでくれた。その時の光景が忘れられない。ライブは終始和やかで、光にあふれた幸福な時間だった。ポップソングってすばらしいと自然に思えた。当日演奏された中で、私が大好きな曲を選びました。「今は春なんだと あなたが思った通りに 今が春なんです」
This year I had many opportunities to work with friends. I am honestly very happy to be asked by a friend to do a design. I feel as if I can go one step beyond the usual familiarity and get closer to the core of the person I am designing for.
One of the most memorable moments was when I created a zine for a musician named Butaji. I have always had great respect for his music and his sincere use of language, and I think that is why I was exceptionally happy to be asked to do it. The title is called "butazine" and the photos were taken by Nanao Miyamoto.
Perhaps because of this connection, butaji invited me to his 10th anniversary event in November. I will never forget the scene. The live performance was harmonious from start to finish, and it was a happy time filled with light. I naturally felt that pop songs are wonderful. I chose my favorite song among those performed that day. It's spring now, just as you thought it would be.

ヴォーカルの声とシティポップな曲調が相まってすぐにこのバンドの虜になった。この曲は最新EPに収録されている曲の一つ、選んだ理由はというと思い出というよりみんなにこのバンドを知って欲しいから選んだところはある。
Spotify's recommendation feature is excellent, especially the Discovery Weekly playlist, which I look forward to at the beginning of the week because it creates a list every Monday that is tailored to my tastes. One of my favorite artists is ""muque"".
I was immediately captivated by the band's emotional vocals and city-pop style. This song is one of the songs on their latest EP, and the reason I chose it is not so much because of the memories, but because I want everyone to know this band.

I watched the Netflix movie "Cyberpunk: Edge Runner" and was so impressed with it that I even threw a cyberpunk-themed birthday party for myself. I was struck by the synergy between the work itself and this song.

小さいときからの夢があり、その夢を叶えるためにたまには寄り道もしながら諦めることなく突き進んできて、無事叶えることができました。嬉しかったはずなのに年々慣れてきて刺激が少なくなり、流れ作業のような毎日を過ごしていました。新しいことを始めたくても「今更…資格取るために学校通うのも…お金と時間がかかるし…」ということで、色々と諦めて仕事に専念する日々でした。ちょっとしたきっかけで社会人になってから「勉強してみたいなぁ〜」と思っていた資格の勉強ができることになり、仕事をしながら学校に通い勉強する日々。毎日朝早くから夜中まで仕事と学校の往復。学校は片道電車で約2時間。電車通学に慣れてなくて、新しい環境が想像以上に過酷で体調を崩すことが増えましたが、どういうきっかけであれ、自分でやる！と決めたことなので頑張って負けずに色々なことに向き合ってます。通学中、色々な曲を流してますが一番聴いたのが、「群青」でした。今年入ってからの私の生活をそのまま歌にしたような曲だなと感じ、しんどくても嫌なことがあっても、疲れていてもこの曲を聴いて「もう少し頑張ろう！自分ならやればできる」と自分を奮い立たせることができる私の背中を押してくれる曲です。一番好きな歌詞が「積み上げてきたことが武器になる」そういえば今までもコツコツと努力してきたから夢が叶ったんだと思い、今年始めた勉強も今はしんどいけど、将来の自分のためにコツコツと知識を積み重ねてる途中なんだ！と信じ、これからもこの曲を聴いて少しずつ頑張っていこうと思います。

I was able to study for a certification that I had wanted to study for since I became a working adult, and I spent my days working and going to school to study. Every day I commuted between work and school from early in the morning to late at night. It takes about 2 hours to go to school by train each way. I was not used to commuting by train, and the new environment was much harsher than I had imagined, so I fell ill more often than I had expected, but whatever the reason, I decided to do it myself! But whatever the reason, I decided to do it by myself, so I am trying my best and facing various things without losing. I play various songs on my way to school, but the one I listened to the most was "Gunsei. I feel that this song is a song that describes my life since the beginning of this year. Even when I am having a hard time, having a bad time, or am tired, I listen to this song and think to myself, "I can do it! I can do it if I try." It is a song that pushes me to push myself. My favorite lyrics are "What you have accumulated will become your weapon." 会社のパーティーで聞いてから聞くように。毎年のことながら振り返ると仕事を優先してあっという間に過ぎていった2023年だったなあと思いますが、これからの未来で今を思い返した時にその過程やその時の感情も大切にしてよかったと思えるような、全てにおいてそんな結果を積み上げられる人になりたいと思うようになりました。何かあっても、まあいっか、これからのために明日も頑張ろうと思えるので気持ちが疲れた時によく聞いてました。

グルーヴ、技術、アレンジ、サウンドプロダクション、表現力のどれを取っても100点満点。10年以上追い続けてるバンドで、3枚目・4枚目と真新しさが無く、良くも悪くも「円熟」した感じがあったので正直新譜には期待してませんでした。この曲はそのアルバムから先行公開されたシングルのうちの一つで、「新曲や」ぐらいのフラットな心持ちでMV観てみたら、あまりに食らいすぎて冗談抜きで鳥肌&少しの涙(初聴の曲で涙はまずない)。かなり複雑なリズムワークとリフではありますが、上手くグルーヴにまとめられている上に、アンビエントサウンドと少なくとも10ほどはあるボーカルの発声テクニック&ハーモニーで聴きやすさは抜群です。できればかなりハイファイなヘッドホンで聴いてもらいたいです。
I have been following this band for more than 10 years and honestly did not have high expectations for their new album since their third and fourth albums were not new and they seemed to have "matured" for better or worse. This song was one of the singles released ahead of the album, and I tried to watch the music video with a flat mind, thinking that it was a new song, but it was too much and I got goosebumps and a few tears (tears are rare on the first listen). The rhythm work and riffs are quite complex, but the groove is well put together, and the ambient sound and vocal techniques & harmonies of at least 10 vocals make it easy to listen to. I would recommend listening to it with fairly high-fidelity headphones if possible.

朝ご飯を食べる余裕がなくても、満員電車に揺られても、人混みが嫌いでも、それでも東京でなにかを成し遂げたいという想いがある。だからたまにサボりながらも、自分はここにいるんだと再確認する曲です。今年は新しいきらめきを、ひとつ見つけることができました。もう少し、この水槽の中で気持ちよく泳いでいたいと思います。

So this song reaffirms that I am here, even if I have to slack off from time to time. This year I was able to find one new sparkle. ロックバンドの曲など、ほぼほぼ聞いたことなかった。巷で恋愛ソングが流れ、友達は歌詞と自分達の日常を照らし合わせて感動している昼下がり。失恋してカラオケで歌い泣いてる姿も多く見てきた夜中2時。学祭時代から一度も共感なんてしたことがなかったロックバンドの恋愛ソング。2023年のある日、何処となく心にビビッと電流が走った感触を思い出す。あの日から自然とこの曲を聞くと涙が出るんだ。初めての感情に出会った年、2023年。「儚いね」忘れたくないことが多すぎる。あれは、きっと恋だったんだと思う。歌詞に出てくる二人の眩しい空間と日々が脳内にいつでも映像化されるほど、沢山聞きました。
