【怪談】胸の鏡

美しい顔を歪め、派出所に女が駆け込む。
「た、助けてください」

真夜中の派出所には、若い警官がひとり。

「どうなされました？」
「お、追われているんです」

歩道に出て、警官はあたりを見まわす。

「誰に？」
人気のない寂しい通り。

「鏡に、追われているんです」

「ははあ、鏡ですか」
「そうです。鏡です」

ため息をつき、警官は胸のボタンをはずす。
「その鏡というのは」

たくましい胸に埋められたもの。
「こんな鏡ですか？」

警官の胸に映る、女の歪んだ顔。
　

Chest Mirror

A beautiful face is distorted
and a woman rushes to the police station.

"Help me!"

There is a young police officer
at the police station at midnight.

"What happened?"
"Oh, I'm being chased."

On the sidewalk, the policeman looks around.

"To whom?"
A lonely street without traffic.

"I'm being chased by a mirror."

"Hah, is it a mirror?"
"Yes, it's a mirror."

Sighing, the policeman releases his chest button.
"Is that mirror..."

The one buried in his strong chest.
"... such a mirror?"

A woman's distorted face reflected
in a policeman's chest.
