【SS】万年雪の木

地図にも載ってない辺鄙な場所に
とんでもなく大きな大きな木がある。

頂上は万年雪に覆われ　
雲の上に白く鋭く突き出ている。

木の下は日陰となり、夏でも涼しい。
と言うか、幹の近くなんぞ寒いくらいだ。

木陰に入るには注意が必要。
雪解けの水が滝となって降り注ぐから。

暖かい風が吹くと、なだれも起きる。
たまに登木者も落ちてくる。

毎年、この木に登る者があとを絶たない。
特に冬登木はとても危険だ。

私の父も冬登木で消息を絶った。
もっとも、死んだかどうかはわからない。

この大きな木のどこかの太い枝の上で
炭を焼いて暮らしているかもしれないのだ。

All Year Snow Tree

There is one tremendously big big tree
in a remote place that is not on the map.

The summit is covered all over the year by snow
and it is sharply protruding white above the clouds.

The root of the tree becomes shade
and it is cool even in the summer.

Or say, it's cold near the trunk.

Attention is required to enter the shade.
Because the water of thawing turns into a falling waterfall.

When a warm wind blows, avalanche will also occur.
Sometimes climbers also fall.

Every year, there are a lot of people climbing this tree.
Especially winter climbing trees are very dangerous.

My father also disappeared from climbing in winter.

My father may be living by burning charcoal
on a thick branch somewhere in this big tree.
