【SS】明日になれば

「明日は、なにして遊ぼうかな」

天井を見上げたまま僕がそう呟くと　
お父さんが水をさすのだった。

「いくら待っても、明日は来ないぞ」

寝耳に水とはこのことか。
僕は上半身を起こす。

「どうして？」
「どうしてもさ」

お父さんは背中を向ける。
僕は途方に暮れる。

「あのね、どうも明日が壊れちゃったらしいのよ」
お母さんが小声で教えてくれた。

「うそだ！」
「夜中なんだから、大きな声ださないで」

「でも、うそだ」
「本当なのよ」

僕は頭を枕に戻して、また天井を見上げる。

大人の言うことなんか信用できない。
明日が来ないはずあるもんか。

だって、ほら。

僕の家の天井はとても高くて　
あんなにたくさん星がまたたいているんだから。

If It Comes Tomorrow

"How about playing tomorrow?"

When I muttered while looking up at the ceiling,
my father tells me to disappoint.

"No matter how much you wait,
tomorrow will not come."

Is this a matter of surprises?
I wake up my upper body.

"why?"
"Everything is wrong."

Dad turns his back.
I am at a loss.

"Hey, it seems that tomorrow has broken."
My mother taught me in a small voice.

"it's a lie!"
"It's midnight, please do not loud voice."

"But, it's a lie."
"It is true."

I put my head back in my pillow
and looked up at the ceiling again.

I can not trust something adults say.
I suppose tomorrow should not come.

Because, you see.

The ceiling of my house is very expensive,
so many stars are hitting so much.
