【独白】追究の住宅街

夜の住宅街を歩くのはきらいだ。
犬は吠えるし、猫は死んでるし。

それに

水道のポンプなのか
エアコンの室外機なのか

モーターの音は耳障りだし。

そりゃ
たまには良いこともあるけどさ。

眠れない若奥さんがパジャマ姿で
袋小路でひとり踊っていたりして。

だからなんだ。
と追究されても困るが。

だいたい

こんな夜更けに
どうして住宅街を歩いているのだ。

そこまで追究されても困るが。
