Small tips for Project Management | #4 "Say thank you"

I'm around 50 and work in IT.

I will write a small tips that seems to be useful when doing a large-scale project or a difficult project.

I may stop writing when I get bored, but I will continue to write, including my own memorandums.

#4 "Say thank you"

In the large-scale and difficult projects, if there is someone who has achieved solid results, I think it would be good to express gratitude, even if it is concise.

For example, at the weekly progress meeting, if someone is progressing on schedule,
"Sounds good!"
"Please keep it like this"

And when the work is completed as planned
"wonderful!"
"thank you!"

I think it's important to say thank you and appreciate it in a short word.

In the case of large-scale and difficult projects, it can be quite exhausting just being there as a member.

If there are people out there who are getting results, I would like you to say thank you.
