I'm around 50 and work in IT.

I will write a small tips that seems to be useful when doing a large-scale project or a difficult project.

I may stop writing when I get bored, but I will continue to write, including my own memorandums.

#3 "Request a document check even if you are afraid"

2-3 pages meeting materials,
Design documents over 100 pages,
various documents are produced in the project.

You may ask your supervisor or other members to check the materials.
You may be asked to check it in about 5 minutes, or you may receive an official review.

To be honest, even if I'm around 50 years old, I'm nervous to have the materials checked.

As a result, in most cases it will be a good document

I hate it, but in my experience, other people's comments have given me new insights.
And as a result, I've been able to revise the material and make it better.

"Difficult to understand"
"I don't know some terms" Etc.
I can't quite notice it by myself.

Well, some people make irrelevant comments. . .
But, In most cases it will be a good document.

I am not denied

It's hard to get negative comments, but I am not being denied.

"Then I'll fix it."
It would be nice if we could fix and complete quickly.

Of course, sometimes it's not easy.
Let's say "I'm tired" around you when you get tired!
Let's do it in a reasonable range.
