Hello everyone, I want to introduce myself... I am Jigme Dorji.
I am from Bhutan who loves traveling and meeting new people.
I love fashion and styles, and I take a lot of pictures.

人生は瞬間、成長の瞬間、実現、理解から成り立っていると私は信じています。
私を築き上げ、応援し、支えてくれたすべての人に本当に感謝しています。

みなさん、こんにちは。自己紹介をしたいと思います。
私はジミードルジです。
私は旅行や新しい人との出会いが大好きなブータン人です。
私はファッションとスタイルが大好きで、たくさん写真を撮ります。

I grew up with a dream of traveling the world to learn about cultural diversity, listen to the stories of different people and understanding the world.
My interest in traveling began at the age of 7 when I saw the pictures of skyscrapers, beaches in a magazine. Then at the age of 15 I went to India with my family on a vacation. I saw so many different things and I fell in love with the idea of traveling. When we were on our way home, I still remember suddenly seeing beautiful blue ocean far from the car window, and I realized world has got so many things to show us.
And I ended up telling my parents that I want to become a traveler and see the world.

私は、文化の多様性について学び、さまざまな人々の話を聞き、世界を理解するために世界を旅するという夢を持っていました。
私が旅行に興味を持ったのは、7歳のときに雑誌で高層ビルやビーチの写真を見たときからでした。それから15歳の時に家族と一緒に休暇でインドに行きました。私はそこでいろいろなものを見て、旅行に夢中になりだしました。家に帰る途中、車の窓から遠く離れた所に美しい青い海が突然見えたのを今でも覚えています。
世界はたくさんのことを私に見せてくれることに気づきました。
そして、私は旅行者になり、世界を見たいと両親に言いました。

When it was time for college, I decided to go to Royal Thimphu College in Bhutan (RTC) to study English and Environmental studies in a pursuit to learn more about literature and environmental management. I loved studying all about it, but there was always part of me that wanted to go see the world and traveling made me happiest. In 2016 during my third year, there was an opportunity for an exchange program to Japan (SEISA) and I worked hard to get through it. I had an opportunity to visit Takao Campus, and I loved everything about Japan the food, place, culture and people. And from that experience I’ve always dreamed of living in Japan someday.

Now I work and live in Japan (SEISA) I am much more certain that I will get to learn more, make friendships, and develop my skills and knowledge. I realized that living abroad and experiencing different things makes you dream big.

大学の時、私はブータンのロイヤルティンプーカレッジ（RTC）に行き、文学と環境管理についてもっと学ぶために英語と環境の研究をすることを決めました。
勉強するのが好きでしたが、世界を見に行きたいという気持ちが常にあり、旅行が一番幸せでした。 2016年3年目、日本への交流プログラム（SEISA）の機会があり、私はその機会を得る為に頑張って勉強しました。その結果、私は高尾キャンパスを訪れる機会を得ました。私は日本の食べ物、場所、文化、そして人々のすべてが好きになりました。
そしてその経験から、いつか日本に住むことを夢見てきました。
そして今、私は日本（SEISA）で働いています。
私はもっと学び、友情関係を築き、自分のスキルと知識を伸ばすことができると確信しています。私は海外に住んで色々なことを経験することで、更に夢が大きくなることに気づきました。

I suppose that’s enough about me, I would like to know you too.
You can always come to Seisa Takao Campus, we can have conversation over a cup of tea and talk about cultures, foods, share our experiences and get to know each other more.
