金融イノベーションHub - FINOLABのピッチイベントで審査員を担当！
I had an exceptional opportunity to serve as a judge at the FINOLAB pitch event, an illustrious annual confluence of financial innovation stakeholders. Beyond celebrating the innovative strides in the financial sector, this year's event, under the banner of "Revitalization", aimed to rekindle the spirit of innovation in these rapidly changing times.
金融イノベーションのステークホルダーが集まる年次イベント、FINOLABピッチイベントで審査員を務めてまいりました。金融セクターでのイノベーションを更に促進するだけでなく、今年のイベントは
「Revitalization」
というテーマのもと、これら急速に変化する時代におけるイノベーションスピリットを再燃させることを目的に開催されました。
◆開催概要◆

Participating in FINOPITCH and witnessing the "Chaos Canvas Pitch" contest at the prestigious Kanze Noh Theater within GINZA SIX was a highlight, marking our commitment to fostering new, creative talents and ideas.
GINZA SIX内の名高い観世能楽堂で開催された「Chaos Canvas Pitch」コンテストに参加し、熱量あるピッチ登壇者と新しい創造的な才能とアイデアを一緒に育むディスカッションができたことに感謝です。
At Avinton Japan, our dedication extends beyond just recognizing innovation in IT technology. We are acutely aware of the pressing issue of the IT talent shortage in Japan, a challenge that threatens to stymie our technological and economic progress. To combat this, we have established the Avinton Academy program (https://avinton.com/academy/) and engaged in collaborative efforts with universities and IT college all around Japan. These initiatives are designed to cultivate competitive IT talents, equipping them with the skills necessary to navigate and shape the future of our industry.

人材不足、人口減少という課題は、私たちの経済的・文化的進歩を妨げかねないもの
です。これに少しでも対抗するために、私たちはAvinton Academyプログラムを開始し、日本全国の学校様との協力関係を築き、産学連携、そして日本全体で連帯し課題系決していくムーブメントを起こしていきたいです。Avinton Academy on Campus の取り組みは、未来の人材を世界で需要が高まる技術や課題への取り組み姿勢を磨くのに必要なスキルを身に付けた競争力のあるIT人材を育成することを目的としています。
To become the key players in solving these challenges, we aspire to expand our contributions not only in the IT and Telecom industry innovations but also across various sectors to foster a better society. By nurturing talent and encouraging innovation, we believe we can drive societal progress and address some of the most pressing issues of our time.
上記の課題解決の担い手になるためにも、私たちは、今後ITおよびTelecom業界イノベーションのだけでなく、様々な業界においても、より良い社会を育成するための貢献を拡大していきたいです。人材を育成し、イノベーションを促進することで、切迫した課題のいくつかに対処できると信じています。
The urgency for such initiatives has never been more pronounced. The rapid pace of technological evolution, coupled with the increasing digital transformation demands across all sectors, necessitates a robust pool of IT professionals. By investing in talent development now, we aim to ensure that Japan remains at the forefront of technological innovation, ready to meet the challenges of tomorrow.
このような取り組みが今、なぜ緊急性を帯びているのか。技術進化の速度と、全業界のデジタル変革の需要増加は、本物のIT、ＤＸ人材を必要としているからです。
