仏の姿で日常を見守っているけれど、災害など非常時には防災グッズになり得る作品《ほどける仏》の活用例と基本的な編み方・結び方を紹介します。

一筆書きのように一本の糸で編まれている。底の白いタグ部分から引っ張るとほどけて一本のヒモになる

指を使って編みます。鎖編みと細編みを駆使することで様々な形状のものを編むことができます

鎖編み　Chain stitch

ヒモをより太く、丈夫にすることができます

細編み　Single Crochet

面を作ることができます
It can make a surface.

⚫︎基本的な結び方　Basic Knotting

もやい結び　Bowline knot

・作った輪の大きさが変化しない
・負荷がかかってもほどけにくい
The size of the circle does not change.
Hard to come undone even under load.

行李結び　Luggage knot

・大きな荷物を運び時に便利
Convenient for carrying large items.　

本結び　Square Knot

・1本のヒモの端同士を結びたい時、2本のヒモを連結させたい時に使用
・簡単だけどしっかり強度のある結び方
Used to tie the ends of a single piece of string together or to join two pieces of string together.
It's a simple yet strong knot.
