プラスカラーでは広報を勉強していて、勝手に広報チャンネルの手伝いやアドレカレッジ(ADOREcollege、通称：アドカレ)の広報などをさせていただいております。

私の担当プロジェクトとは……？
 What is my project...?

普段はアドレカレッジ、勝手に広報チャンネルの広報を担当しています。
本日はプラスして毎月の業務であるNOZOKIMI記事のPV数チェックがあったため、今日は特にこのプロジェクトを行いました！
というよりは幅広く行いました。
なので、詳しい紹介は今後のnoteで発信できたらいいなと思います。
インターン生でもたくさんのプロジェクトに参加させてもらってます。
Usually, I am in charge of public relations for the public relations channel at ADOREcollege.
I added this today, and since I had to check the PV of the NOZOKIMI article, which is my monthly work, I did this project especially today!
It was rather widespread.
Therefore, I would like to provide a more detailed introduction in future notes.
Even the intern students participate in many projects.

単純作業の成長とメンターとしての反省
 Growth of simple work and reflection as a mentor

普段、効率が悪いので単純作業をいかに効率よく、正確に行うかが自分の課題だと思いながらリストアップを行うように心掛けています。そのためか、PV数確認の業務に関しては先々月より先月、先月より今月と対応する時間がどんどん短くなってきています。（褒めていただけて嬉しかった！）。
業務中の入力ミスの回数も減ったように思います。

一方で本日初めて選考インターン生のメンターを務めたのですが、至らない点が多かったなと反省…。
選考インターン生の進捗確認の際に「どんな状況？大丈夫？」としか声をかけていませんでした。そのため、NOZOKIMIで掲載する記事のアウトラインができ上がるのが遅かった際に、インターン生が何に苦戦しているのか、あまりキャッチできなかったです。進捗確認の際に、なんか大丈夫そう、時間までに行けそう！というのではなく、具体的に確認する必要があることを学びました。
Since I am usually inefficient, I try to make a list while thinking that my task is how to perform simple tasks efficiently and accurately. Perhaps because of this, with regard to the task of checking the number of PVs, the corresponding time from last month to last month and last month to this month is getting shorter and shorter. (I was glad to be praised!).
I think that the number of input mistakes during work has also decreased.

On the other hand, I was the mentor for the selection intern for the first time today, but I regret that there were many points that could not be reached.
When I checked the progress of the selection interns, I only said "What kind of situation is it okay?" Therefore, when the outline of the article published in NOZOKIMI was late, I could not catch what the intern student was struggling with. When you check the progress, it looks okay, so let's get there by the time! Instead, I learned that you need to check specifically.

長所を伸ばせ！短所を潰せ！
 Extend my strengths! Crush my weak point!

本日はリストアップ作業における成長が実感できた1日でした。
一方でアドカレプログラムのページ作成にかかった時間が物語っていますが、文章作成（特にタイトルとサブタイトルの付け方）にまだ苦手意識があります。
どういった言葉ならターゲットとしている人に伝わるのか、そもそもどんなメッセージを伝えたいのかを意識しながら書けるように日々意識しながら練習したいと思います。
Today was a day when I could really feel the growth in the list-up work.
On the other hand, although it takes time to create pages for the ADOREcollege program, I am still not good at writing sentences (especially how to add titles and subtitles).
I would like to practice day after day so that I can write while keeping in mind what kind of words I want to convey to the target people and what kind of message I want to convey in the first place.
