                               -------------Diary-------------

Having enough time to sleep is good for your health and the quality of your
life raise naturally.  But somehow, I`ve lacked sleep times recently, although
I've slept eight hours sleep every night so far.  I want to be through with that bad habits. My friends said to me that "you look palm. Why so tired?"

In the fact that there`ve been a lot of things to deal with as a member of club activities, adding as a university student!!!
I`ve already known having the good sleep is the least a requirement to get through with something. If you don`t get it, you will fall through.

Once, I`ve undertaken the something I carve to do, I have to accomplish my work for myself, doesn`t it?
But, For a while, I continue to want to have a good rest and sleep the whole day through. ʕ⊙ᴥ⊙ʔ

Thank you so much for reading.
