This is the first time I've heard a song that has the same worldview as a novel.
19歳のサイコパスが主人公のミステリー『Skeleton Key』を題材にした楽曲「HIDE AND SECRET」が2月にリリース！発売を記念して、アーティストデビューを果たした道尾秀介さんのインタビューをご紹介します。


小説と同じ世界観の曲を初めて聴きました。


道尾：父親がピアノの調律師なので、物心ついた時には家にピアノがありました。ピアノを習ったことはないんですけど、見よう見まねで弾いたりしていましたね。中学1年生の時に買ったエレキギターが、初めて持った自分の楽器です。hideが弾いていたモッキンバードでした。当時はX（のちのX JAPAN）が『BLUE BLOOD』を出した頃で、大好きでしたね。

Michio: My father is a piano tuner, so when I remember, there was a piano at home. I've never learned to play the piano, but I used to play by imitation. The electric guitar I bought when I was in the first year of junior high school was the first musical instrument I owned. It was Mockingbird that hide was playing. At that time, X (later X JAPAN) released "BLUE BLOOD", and I loved it.
