The Importance and Difficulty of making “Decision”

The most important thing that I learned in my company for 5 years is the importance and difficulty of making decision. A lot of people come to criticize others. Whether I choose between option A or B, there will always be someone criticize my decision.

As humans, we have a trait where we don’t like being hated or criticized with that, people instinctively avoid making their own decisions.

The interesting thing is that if anyone makes a decision and expresses that decision, many people who have not made a decision respond with their own opinions. It’s easier to criticize than be criticized.

Sometimes “decisive people” aren’t connected with “wise people”. There are many people in the world like this and in big companies there are many people like this as well.

When someone makes a decision, in decisive people state their opinions and the work can progress.

In a meeting, someone needs to start the discussion with in opinion. If no one speaks first, the meeting cannot go forward.

In our everyday work, a worth person can state their opinion first and who not be afraid of criticism. I want to be that person.
