1920s embroidered blue peignoir by Poiret. Korean red and gold lacquered screen)
(Collage with inscription "For Anna, an evening in Milan, 1986")

(Inventory of the wardrobe for a Roman weekend, with description, handwritten by Karl)

(Wordrobe for the wedding of Paloma Picasso and Raphael Lopez Sanchez, 5 May 1978. Leaving Paris the day after ivory cotton-knit sweater; a necklace of black woven straw chains; brown velvet bag.)

(White, red and black: the clothes are coordinated to the décor in the kitchen at Grand Champ. Strapless striped sheath by Missoni worn with a triangular scarf.)
(Washing salad in the kitchen of Karl's apartment, Place St Sulpice, Paris. The bustier was designed by Sonia Delaunay for a production of Fokine's 'Cleopatra' by the Ballets Russes in 1909.)
(Alfa Castaldi, Anna Piaggi, Milano 1986c.)

('Lingerie de shopping'. A very long tulle stole, entirely edged with finely ruched flounces, worn over a late 1920s chiffon dress. )
(1920s jacket in white ermine, reversible into black velvet)

(Man's jacket in gray and white seersucker by Kenzo. A peasant table napkin at the neck. Peonies bought at the rue de Buci market in Paris on her head and in the buttonhole)
(Black silk portrait dress by Lanvin embroidered with white beads, worn with Tunisian trousers, boots and a 1920 & embroidered ribbon at the neck. This dress was illustrated in American 'Haper's Bazar in 1923)
(Short in khaki drill by Walter Albini for Basile. Oiled wool Irish cardigan. Green taffeta blouse with cravat scarf by Jean-Baptiste Caumont. Huge jeweled star by Ugo Correani for Chloé. The shoes by Blahnik.)
(Books from Anna Piaggi Archive selected by Sozzani Fondation)
(A Fashion journal, the 90s)
