日本文学/Japanese literature　Vol.39

インドにいて日本語の文章や表現、特に活字に触れたいと思う事がある。
今、読んでいるのは森鴎外の「舞姫」。こちらにいると日本語の書籍を買えてもKindleなどの電子書籍。そうなると日本にいた頃のように全ての書籍が買えないので、気付いたら所謂名著を読む機会が多い。日本的な感覚/感性に対してにリスペクトが日に日に増していく。時間に限りもあり、1日のうち少ししか触れる事が出来ないが毎日僅かでも日本文化に触れれるようにしたい。

There are times when I 'm in India and want to be exposed to Japanese writing and expressions, especially in print. I'm currently reading "Maihime" by Mori Ogai. When I'm here, I can only buy Japanese books on e-books such as Kindle. I can't buy all books as I could when I was in Japan, so I have a lot of opportunities to read so-called great books when I notice them. My respect for the Japanese sense and sensibility is increasing day by day. I have limited time, so I can only spend a little bit of time a day in Japan, but I would like to try to experience Japanese culture every day, even if it is only a little.
