書こう書こうと思っているnote書けません！！「時間は作るものだよ」と普段自分が周りに言ってる言葉がそのまんまブーメランになっています。

I can't write note forever ! The words I usually tell people around me, "You have to make time," are boomeranging just like that.

英語

去年から始めたオンライン英語学習のサービス利用先を変えました。
英語以外に韓国語と中国語（DMMは台湾人の先生方が教えてくれる）を習いたいと思っていたので、3つとも受けられるDMMに変更しました。

1000時間と書いてあるけど分の間違い。

デザイン書籍を読んだ

手当たり次第amazonで買えるだけデザイン書籍を購入。デザインの質を高める方法が未だに分からず、その時出来る事がデザイン関連の書籍をとにかく限界まで読む事しか思い浮かばず。GWも利用して最終的に40-50冊ほど読了。今現在も月に10冊ほどデザイン関連書籍を読み中。アウトプットは大切にしていきたいところ。

書籍を読んでいて中でもとても勉強になった本が「〇〇法則」シリーズ。丁度ロゴ制作の勉強をしていたのと、ロゴに関する規約も載っていたので凄く勉強になった。何度も読めるように部屋の目立つところに収納。

BNN社さんから出版

もう一冊出会って良かった本があって、それが鬼フィードバックという本。自チームでサムネイルやロゴや何やら作る際、やっと出来たのにNG食らって修正するのが苦痛だったけど、この本を読んで「修正は当たり前」マインドを学んだのが凄く大きかったです。この本を読んでから修正が怖くなくなった。

前田デザイン室に入会・長距離バスで9時間かけて大阪に行く

鬼フィードバックに出会った事がきっかけで前田デザイン室の存在を知り即日入会。5月下旬に大阪で #勝てるデザインBAR というイベントを知り、昼バスで9時間かけて池袋から大阪入りをしました。イベント滞在時間2時間でその日のうちに夜行バスで東京に帰るスケジュール。その後1ヶ月間くらい腰が痛かったから今度からは新幹線か飛行機にする。絶対に。

NASUで出して頂いた、たこ焼きがとても美味しくて感動していました。
マヨネーズにカラシが入っていた気がする。20円で引ける勝てるデザインお告げカードガチャも楽しかった。

このカードの言葉が凄く心に響いてしばらくスマホケースに入れて毎日唱えていた。

PGWメガネ拭き

自チームのロゴ入りメガネ拭きを作りました。デザインは既存の物を使ったのでそこまで大変では無かったものの、メガネ拭きの生地の種類や業者さんがいくつか選択肢が有ったので色々悩んだり、相談したりして作っていました。

このメガネ拭きはチームオーナーのTwitter質問箱に「PGWメガネ拭きあると嬉しい」というご意見を下さった方がいて、自社内でもイイね！となり作成する運びとなりました。こういったモノづくりは普段全くしなかったので非常に良い経験。質問してくれた方、貴重な体験を有難うございました。

非クリエイターのためのクリエイティブ課題解決術

書籍内で「好奇心は不死身。」「クリエイターは相対評価でなく"絶対評価"の基準をもつ」という言葉が刺さりまくる。自チームのデザインクオリティを上げたいと心の底から思うようになる。とても良い本に出会えた！この本を紹介してくれた前田デザイン室に感謝！！

秘書検定

地味に勉強している秘書検定、去年は3級合格したので今年はCBTで2級を受験しました。社内で秘書検定を受ける人がいたので、面白そうだと思い私も受験することに。合格したからと言って秘書になれるわけじゃないけど、仕事で役立つであろう知識を学べるのが楽しかったです。次回は11月の準1級を受験予定なのと出来れば1級まで取りたい。

twitter の投稿内容を変えた

自チームのサムネイルデザインを見直して、プロ達が拡散しやすいツイート内容をひたすら考えて考えて考えていた。どんな内容だったらリスナーさんにとって嬉しいのか、どんな内容だったらプロ達がRTしてくれるのか、テストしながらツイートしていたのと全ツイートにプロ達をタグ付けしていたので正直うるさいなって思われていたかもしれない。

DMM English

I have changed my online English learning service , which I started last year. I wanted to learn Korean and Chinese (DMM is Taiwanese teachers) in addition to English, so I switched to DMM where I can take all three.

Design Books

I bought as many design books as I could afford on amazon. I still don't know how to improve the quality of design, and the only thing I could do at that time was to read as many design-related books as I could. I am still reading about 10 design-related books a month. I would like to keep output as important as possible.

One of the books that I learned a lot from is the "〇〇 rules" series. I was just studying logo creation, and I learned a lot from the book because it included the rules and regulations regarding logos. I store it in a conspicuous place in my room so that I can read it again and again.

There is another book I am glad I came across called "Oni Feedback(鬼フィードバック)". When I was making thumbnails, logos, logos, and other things for my own team, it was a pain to redo and have to make corrections after I finally got it done, but reading this book taught me the "corrections are normal" mindset, which was huge. After reading this book, I am no longer afraid of revisions.

Joined Maeda Design Room and to Osaka

After I met Oni Feedback(鬼フィードバック), I got to know about Maeda Design Room and joined it. In late May, I learned about an event called The success through of design BAR in Osaka and took a 9-hour daytime bus ride from Ikebukuro to get into Osaka.I stayed at the event for 2 hours and took an overnight bus back to Tokyo later that day. My back was sore for about a month after that, so I'll take the bullet train or plane next time.I promise!!

I was very impressed with the takoyaki served at NASU. I think there was mustard in the mayonnaise, and the winning design oracle card gacha (a winning card) for 20 yen was fun.

I kept it in my phone case for a few days and chanted it every day.

PGW Glasses Wipes

We made eyeglass wipes with our team's logo on them. The design was not that difficult because we used an existing design, but we had to worry and consult with several different fabrics and suppliers for the eyeglass wipes.

One of the team owners commented on our Twitter question box that he would be happy to have PGW eyeglass wipes, and we decided to make them as well. We decided to create these wipes. This was a very good experience for us because we usually don't do this kind of manufacturing at all. Thank you to those who asked questions, it was a valuable experience for us.

Creative Problem Solving for Non-Creatives BOOK

In the book says, "Curiosity is immortal" and "Creators must have a standard of absolute evaluation, not relative evaluation. " I am now truly motivated to improve the quality of my team's designs. I found a very good book! Thanks to Maeda Design room for introducing this book to me!

secretarial certification

I have been studying for the secretarial exam a little. I passed level 3 exam last year, so this year I took the level 2 exam through CBT. Someone in my company was taking the secretarial exam, so I thought it would be fun and decided to take it myself. Passing the test does not make me a secretary, but I enjoyed learning knowledge that would be useful at work. Next time I plan to take the Level 1 test in November and if possible, I would like to get to Level 1.

Changed my twitter postings

I reviewed my team's thumbnail design and thought and thought and thought about what kind of tweets would be easy for the pros to spread. I was testing what kind of content would make listeners happy, what kind of content would make the pros RT, and tagging PGW in all my tweets, so to be honest, they might have thought I was being too picky.
