できるだけ速やかに、X銀行神戸支店にお問合せください。
③ ～できません。

該当会社の財政状態について、お知らせいたします。

その会社は、わが国ではまだ代理店が無いことをお知らせいたします。
(3) let you know that ~
e.g.) We will let you know that the agreement shall not be changed or modified unless by mutual consent.
契約書は、互いの合意無しに変更（be changed）したり、修正（modified）したりすることはできないことをお知らせいたします。
