GYM / Documentary

Hi I'm Keishi!
I keep a diary to learn English. Thank you for reading!
Please be patient my terrible English. haha
Now then, I'm going to write about a few good things happened around me as usual.


1. GYM

I went to a GYM after work yesterday. I wanted to go there at least three times a week, but it's been a long time since last time. I did weight training of chest and I felt good after the workout. I think weight training is better fitted to me than running. It motivated me to go there more often. I will restart weight training and quit running.

2. Documentary

I created the documentary for my work and I has been working on adding English and Japanese subtitle to it on YouTube. It take me a lot of time. Through the tasks, I watched it over and over, and I realized that I managed to create a video which I fully satisfied with. I would be very honored if people will watch it and feel something.
