今回は全日制高校から国立大学に入学したS.Pさんの進路体験を紹介します！

小学校2~3年生は1度日本で教育を受けている。義務教育はネパールで終え、高校1年生から日本に移住。

JASSOの第一種（無利子） を借りています。
入試方法/入試日
一般入試で受けて、国語、数学、物理、化学、政治経済、英語の6科目が出ました。2月当たりに受験して、3月6日に結果がわかりました。
問題文を理解するのに時間もかかり、国語が特に苦手でした。
学費の工面（受験料・入学金・大学の学費）
受験料は5千円くらいで、入学金はお願いして親に出してもらいました。
大学費は奨学金で賄っています。奨学金は月5万。学費は分割で支払ってます。バイト代は生活費や娯楽（主に定期代に消える）。
進路を決めるまでにしたこと
大学に進学することは、自分の中で日本に来た時点から決めていました。高校の先生（進路指導）に相談して、色んな学校を勧められたけどあまり参考にならなかったので、予備校のカウンセリングで相談して筑波大学を知りました。東京理科大と早稲田を滑り止めで受験しました。
自分の高校はあまり進学する人が少なく、進学のサポートが手薄だったので、予備校をやめてスタディサプリでほぼ1人で勉強しました。進学の悩みとかは話せる人がいなかった。
近い＆安い＆理工学が勉強できるのが最大の決め手でした。正直、大学費が安ければどこでもよかったけど、もし筑波大学に理工学がなければ都立大学選んでいたかもしれません。
進路を決めてから準備したこと
高校2年生の後半から予備校に通い始めた。バイトしながら予備校の高い月謝を払っていました。3年生になってから月謝が高すぎるので予備校をやめて、スタディサプリでオンライン学習を始めた。どこかの広告で見つけて月980円（2021年8月現在は月払い2,178円）で科目ごと動画授業がみれて、参考書を買ってそれで一人で学習して、一般入試の対策をしました。他の入試方法は準備する書類がおおくて面倒だったので一般入試を選びました。
大学の合格が3月に決まってから、ほぼ授業がなくて卒業を待つだけでした。滑り止めの入学手続きが筑波の合否発表1日前で、入学手続きをせずに筑波の合否を待ったので結果を知るまでは不安だったのを覚えています。
日本語習得について
来日当時：日本語が全くできない状態(小学2年～3年生)
高校入学時：多少話せる程度、N3レベル（国語が苦手だった）
高校卒業時：N1レベルまで日本語を習得
日本語の学習方法について
小学生の時は地域の日本語教室的なところに通っていました。後に高校に入学するための日本語習得のために、多文化共生センター東京で小中学校の日本語学習から小中学校の教科の内容を勉強していました！
小学漢字からはじめて、中学の国語までやっていました。他にも社会や理科の夏期講習にも参加していました。
高校生活について
高校ではバスケ部に入っていたので、部活とアルバイト（コンビニ２つを掛け持ち）をして過ごしました。すぐにやめてしまったけど塾に通ったり、楽器を弾くのが好きで、バンド活動などもしていました。
今の生活とこれからについて
朝6時に起きて学校に行ってから8時から1限がスタートし、17時か18時頃に授業が全て終わります。18時から塾のバイトに行って21時半に終わって毎日そのサイクルです。サークルやってた時はバイトの時間にサークル活動をしてました。
課題は空きコマと休みの日とかにやってました。 当時はお金のことが1番心配でした。勉強についていけるかとかよりも、奨学金が本当に貰えるのかとか、大学費を払い続けられるのかとか心配してました。あとは大学生になることにわくわくしてて、楽しみしかなかった。
今は大学院にも進学できて、とても楽しみです。補助金が出るのでお金に関しての心配はあまりないです。

Here, I would like to share the experience of Student S.P, who was admitted to a national university from a full-time high school!

History of Education: 2nd~3rd grade of elementary school in Japan. Finished compulsory education in Nepal, and moved to Japan since the first year of high school.

Entrance Examination / Entrance Examination Date
I took the general entrance examination and took 6 subjects: Japanese, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Political Economy, and English. I took the exam around February and got the result on March 6th.
It took me a long time to understand the question sentences, and I was not particularly good at Japanese.
Financial (examination fee, entrance fee, tuition)
The examination fee was about 5,000 yen, and I asked my parents to pay the entrance fee.
University expenses are covered by scholarships, which is about 50,000 a month. Tuition is paid in installments. The part-time job is for living expenses and pastime (mainly used for the commuter pass).
What I did before deciding my course
I had decided to go on to university from the time I came to Japan. I consulted with a high school teacher (career guidance) and was recommended to various schools, but it was not very helpful, so I consulted with a counselor at a prep school and learned about the University of Tsukuba. I also took the exams for the Tokyo University of Science and Waseda University as my safety schools.
There weren't many people going to university from my high school, so I didn't get enough support. I quit the prep school and studied by myself with ”スタディサプリ”. There was no one who could talk about the worries of continuing to study in higher education.
The biggest deciding factor was that I could study science and engineering inexpensively and near to the home. To be honest, if the university costs were low, anywhere was fine. If Tsukuba University had no faculty for science and engineering, I might have chosen the Tokyo Metropolitan University.
What I prepared after deciding my course
I entered prep school in the second half of my second year of high school. While working part-time, I was paying a high monthly fee for the prep school. Since I was in the third grade, the monthly fee was too high, so I quit the prep school and started studying online with “スタディサプリ”. I found it in an advertisement somewhere and watched a video lesson for each subject for 980 yen a month (2,178 yen a month as of August 2021). I also bought a reference book and studied alone with it, and prepared for the general entrance examination. I chose the general entrance examination because the documents to prepare were a lot of trouble for other entrance examinations.
After I passed the university in March, I had almost no classes and just waited for graduation. I remembered that the deadline for admission for my other safety schools was one day before the announcement of Tsukuba University’s result, so I was worried until I knew the result.
About learning Japanese
Upon arrival to Japan: No knowledge of Japanese (2nd to 3rd grade of elementary school)
Upon entering high school: I could speak a little, around N3 level (I was not good at Japanese Literature)
Upon graduating high school: Learn Japanese up to N1 level
How to learn Japanese
When I was in elementary school, I went to a local Japanese language class. Later in order to learn Japanese for entering high school, I was studying the contents of elementary to junior high school subjects and Japanese at the Multicultural Center Shinjuku School!
I started studying Kanji(the level from elementary school to junior high school ), and I also participated in summer classes on subjects like social science and natural science.
About high school life
I was in the basketball club in high school, so I spent time working part-time with club activities (holding two convenience stores). I liked to go to prep school, though I quit it right away, or playing musical instruments, and doing band activities.
About life now and future
After waking up at 6 a.m. and going to school, the first period starts at 8 a.m. and all classes end around 5 p.m. or 6 p.m. I went to a part-time job at a prep school as a teacher from 18:00 and finished at 21:30, which is the cycle every day. When I was in circle activities, I was doing the activities instead of my part-time job.I was doing tasks in my spare time and holidays.
At that time, I was most worried about money. I was more concerned about whether I could really get a scholarship and whether I could continue to pay university fees, rather than whether I could keep up with my studies. After that, I was so excited to become a college student.
Now that I can go on to graduate school, I'm really looking forward to it. There is a subsidy so I don't have to worry about money.
A message for those who are reading!
If you are aiming for a high-level university, it will be essential to have an environment where you can study outside of school, so if you can't afford to pay for the prep school, I definitely want you to try “スタディサプリ”.
There are many ways to learn cheaply without having to go to a prep school, so be sure to find a learning method that suits you.

关于高中生活
我在高中时是篮球队的一员，所以我把时间花在了社团活动和兼职工作上（在两家便利店工作）。我还上过补习班，虽然很快就退出了。我还在一个乐队里演奏，因为我喜欢演奏乐器。
关于你现在和未来的生活
我每天早上6点起床去上学，第一节课在8点开始，所有课程在下午5点或6点左右结束。在6点半开始去培优机构学校兼职，通常在9点左右结束。在参加社团活动的时候，会在同一时间参与。我在空闲时间和休息日做大学小组作业。当时，钱是我最大的担忧。 我更担心的不是能否坚持学习，而是否能获得奖学金，是否能继续支付大学学费。我对成为一名大学生感到兴奋，并觉得大学的生活非常开心。
