屋内に居ながらに彩のある風景が楽しめる。「蓮華の間」【雲龍院Ⅳ】 Enjoy the colorful scenery while staying indoors. "Renge(Lotus) Room"

雲龍院には、さまざまな感情を奮い立たせる雰囲気がある。心の運動ができる妙なる場所だと思っている。屋内にいながら外の風景をみせてくれる。写経道場や悟りの間もさることながら、「蓮華の間」や廊下の隅々にも繊細で妙なる情緒感性があふれている。

Unryuin has an atmosphere that inspire various emotions. I think it is a strange place where you can exercise your mind. You can see the scenery outside while staying indoors. Not only the Shakyo Dojo and Enlightenment, but also the "Renga-no-ma" and every corner of the corridor are filled with delicate and strange emotional sensibilities.

その「蓮華の間」に入ると、奥に４枚の窓ガラス付の雪見障子がある。お客様を迎えたとき、茶席で言う寄付き待合いの部屋のようでもある。その4枚の窓から庭が目に入る。ある位置(写真で言うなら、左側手前)に座り窓を通し眺めると、春なら一番左の窓からは椿、そして順次右の窓からは、灯篭、楓、松が見られる。彩の異なる風景を窓越しに味わえる。これを「色紙の景色」と呼ばれ、訪れた人々を楽しませている。

When you enter the "Renga-no-ma", there is a snowy shoji with four window glasses in the back. When you greet a customer, it is like a waiting room with a tea ceremony. You can see the garden from the four windows. If you sit down and look through a window at a certain position (on the left side in the photo), you can see camellia from the leftmost window in spring and lantern, maples, and pine trees from the right window. You can enjoy the scenery of different colors through the window. This is called "the scenery of colored paper" and it is entertaining to the visitors.

また、雲龍院の廊下の隅々には幻想的な活け花がしつらえてある。歴史と伝統ある空間に、自然の領域をも超えた現代の創作美が絶妙にマッチしている。

In addition, there are fantastic flower arrangements all over the corridor of Unryu-in Temple. The contemporary beauty of beauty that transcends the realm of nature is exquisitely matched to the historical and traditional space.
