このような口癖であっても、文字商標として商標登録の対象になります。

グッズなどにこの言葉を第三者に無断で使用されないようにとの配慮でしょう。阪神と言えば、過去に「阪神優勝」（4543210号）を無関係の第三者に商標登録されてしまった、という苦い思い出があります（この商標は最終的には無効になっています）。
This is probably a way of preventing any unauthorized use of the term by third parties for goods and similar. Speaking of Hanshin, they have a bitter memory of “Hanshin Victory” (No. 4543210) being registered as a trademark by an unrelated third party in the past (this trademark was eventually invalidated).
この口癖を音の商標としても登録することにつき、検討することもできます。この音の商標が出願されているかについて、私は確認できていませんが、監督がこの言葉を発している声を商標登録出願してみるのも一法です。
I think it is also worth considering registering this phrase as a sound trademark. I have not been able to confirm whether a trademark for this sound has been applied for yet, but it would be a good idea to try filing a trademark application for a voice recording of Okada saying the phrase.
