Seeing an old school friend instantly transports you back to the good old days, even if it's been years since you last met. I recently gathered with high school friends at an izakaya, where we shared drinks and laughter after being apart for so long. Our old stories led to endless laughter. Later, we unexpectedly ran into a high school senior, which filled our conversation with nostalgia. The unchanged bonds warmed our hearts, reminding us of our enduring connections. Then, meeting up with a middle school friend, we frolicked like in the old days, immersing ourselves in a night of youthful energy.

Everyone has their journey, marked by joys and sorrows that shape their lives. As we grow and evolve each day, it's common for bonds with old friends to fade. This makes the moments when we reunite, reliving the old days with laughter, even more precious. It poignantly reminds us of the value of these friendships. This reunion has inspired me to cherish not just those currently in my life, but also friends from the past, recognizing their lasting impact on my journey.
