Founded in 1976 Kanazawa's long-established Western restaurant Serina

I was finally able to come to Kanazawa's long-established Western-style restaurant. When I passed in front of the shop at noon, the car was full and I couldn't enter. Today is Saturday. The surrounding companies were closed on Saturdays and Sundays, so it was very vacant. The location near Toiyacho may also be relevant. It is a 10 to 15 minute drive from Kanazawa Station.

At the entrance, the blackboard menu is a landmark of a delicious Western-style restaurant! Looking at various word-of-mouth sites, it is said that meat dishes are delicious.
I ordered ground meat cutlet that was recommended today on the blackboard menu

It is a set salad. Colorful vegetable paprika Carrot frilled lettuce is included and crispy!

And I recommend Serina's original dressing

No preservatives are added, and everything from preparation to bottling is done manually by the shop.
It's a little hard to get out of the bottle as muddy, but let's patience a lot! You can enjoy it until the main dish arrives without disturbing the taste of vegetables. The sweetness of the onions is solid. Other things in the dressing are apple celery and mustard garlic.

The ground meat cutlet appeared, it was very thick and big (honestly I did not think it was so big. As a woman, I may have been happy with a small serving of rice)

This ground meat cutlet is so thick that you can't cut it with chopsticks! Cut with a knife and fork! It's very thick and juicy.

As rumored, the meat dishes are delicious and the atmosphere inside the restaurant is quiet, making it a very cozy restaurant. It's a lot of volume, so please come hungry!
Since it is ventilated to prevent COVID-19, it may be a little cold depending on the seat.

Next time, I want to eat the  hamburger steak and cream croquette set meal!
